came home to test if i could use the net with my comp,
and WHOLA~ praise the Lord :DD
service was awesome, partially because june came for service.
this time, it's because she's really interested and really enjoyed
service. you cant imagine the immense joy i'd say (:

DISCONNECTED. 2:19 AM
you guys must be wondering why gwen seems to
have disappeared from the online world yeah?
i have got no idea why i cant freaking use the internet
with my computer. i'm thinking it must be linked to
the recent earthquake. so now gwen here is using her
brother's lappie while he's not at home to connect to the
world again. sheesh. i've gotta call up singnet. again.
am really annoyed. i cant freaking blog. i cant chat online.
urgh. darn. soon soon. so no pictures for this post baybehs.
oh yeah, mal, carmen and i made it through the audition
and are gonna be performing for this year's zone thanksgiving.
which is just like... tomorrow. hahas. pretty excited.
i hope i dont make any bloopers :x
rehearsal was yesterday. went on fine. we can do it babes (:
it's becoming a competition. bahhh.
uh-huh. these few days have been awesome. i am legally
accepted into the auntie's club on christmas day. lols.
whereby our bets for poker and some aunty's game called
'cheeky jipoon' are like the maximum twenty cents and
minimum ten cents. hahas. goodness. aye aye, but i was
playing black jack with the uncles earlier on on christmas day,
and of course the bets were higher. and i had a total winning of
$10.10 from that. cool huh. uncle fred at one round
invested on me. and so luckily, i got 'ban luck' that round.
and what's more lucky of me was that i got it three times
consecutively and all three times,
uncle fred invested on me too. hahas. lucky him too yeah? ((:
(gwen has got good fengshui.)
those in the aunties' club had loadsa fun. especially when
tracy dealt the cards for us at auntie dot's house. goodness.
it was hilarious. with her acting as a professional dealer. hahas.
we also played 'taboo' for two days. once at colin's place and another
was yesterday, at junior's place. awesomeness.
and i had just got home from junior's place. should really be
taking a shower and then hopping onto bed right after that,
but the temptation of the internet was once again
over-ruling other factors.
overall, i had tremendous fun this christmas season :DD
and i suppose i made winnings too from all the 'poker', 'black jack',
'casino royal' and 'cheeky jipoon'. and not to forget all the
red packets collected... i can start retail therapy again. coolness ((:
hokay, church today! and june's coming with me.
i am so elated i tell you. this has shown that my Lord is
indeed faithful! i was getting quite hopeless with
reaching out to my cousin already, because she was always
like rejecting it ya'know. but i dragged her to our
christmas candlelight service and she was kinda like touched.
enormous joy. i thank God for this.
school's starting. as in first three months.
and i'm dreading it. millenia is so darn far from home.
bukit batok... i have gotta like wake up extra early.
booooo. no worries, i'd be withdrawing not long from now,
i think. maybe. perhaps. unsure.

i am gleeful. cause my savior was born on this day.

june went back today, early in the morning. i think.
i know she woke me up to say that she's going back,
but i cant make out what had i mumbled to her. lols.
uh-huh. went over to kristle's to return her her shawl,
stayed there cause it was raining cats and dogs.
rach came over, returned her money...
then thank god daddy was arnd the vicinity, so he picked
me up and dropped me off at the salon. finally got my
hair trim/cut! but it looks so short now! -wails )):
but i like my look now better after the trip to the salon.
oh well, i guess i'll just have to wait till it grows and look
longish again. bahh.
funny how i'd always bump into bobby around our house
area, it's always just him. and not the others that i know.
had my dinner with mummy.
we both had a bowl of shark's fin soup first, bought from the
pasar malam while on the way to the coffeeshop, some slices
of mango also from the pasar malam, which the coffeeshop
aunty helped cut. next, we ordered drunken, or izit drunkard?,
prawns. it's prawns cooked in this soup thingy with some either
it's XO or Brandy in it. it's yummy. i had a plate of rice. and
we also ordered baby kailan (:
mum and i were like so darn bloated! i think the food might still

SPLURGE. 5:01 AM
finally did some christmas shopping at far east :DD
bought quite alot. however, i dont think i'm done yet.
basically, i got all the important ones first. yayness.
the cute guy working at one of the shops was there.
hehehe. took some time to oogle at him. kamy! your
lost! lols.
bought masks and nail polish at missha there.
i finally got the red nail polish that i'd wanted. so readers,
i am here typing with bloody red nails -creeps
oh, and my toenails are painted black (:
i love the combination of red and black. mwahhs :DD
i am supposed to be asleep cause i've gotta wake up really
early. but but but, mummy came home late and i couldnt
go to bed cause i told her to get me supper. and thus, i had
to wait. then of course, i cant go to bed immediately after
i've eaten the yummilicious bbq-ed wings. it has gotta take

SHOPPING MADNESS. 2:31 AM

goodness gracious. i cant believe nigel had gotten full marks
for my quiz. lols. lady luck must be with him i assume :D
stayed home the whole day. it's kinda nice to take a day or
two off from towning and shopping to relax. had the campbell
mushroom and corn soup that i'd bought weeks ago finally.
it was nice cooking it and adding loadsa pepper again. -yummy (:
daddy doesnt get how girls shop. i'm pretty annoyed.
he complained that i keep wanting to stay out. i mean, what am
i suppose to do at home anyway?! it's not as though i'm schooling
now. i dont even know where i'm heading. and if i dont go out
all i want and stay out a lil' later to fellowship with cell members,
then it wont be called THE HOLIDAYS.
this, i find is unreasonable. but yet i just frowned and kept quiet.

PUNGENT BO. 5:08 AM
i was out with dearest carmen and kamy yesterday, which
is to say, wedenesday, 20th dec.
we were out to do some christmas shopping today.
but unfortch, i've only gotten the white esprit tee that i'd
wanted today ): boo. i am in search for a not so formal dress
for christmas service and christmas day itself.
carmen went back empty-handed as she had to go early and
couldnt have dinner with us ):
and kamy got herself a dress from dorothy perkins! i reckon
she looks gorgeous in it! really :DD
oh. yeah. and of course, after such a long time, we finally went
for neoprint shots again. and omigosh. i dont know if i should say
it's disgusting or funny?
alright, we waited for the machine. and when the ppl in it were
like finally done and they had gotten out of the machine...
we or rather carmen and i tried to get inside.
UNTIL. a strong wave of PUNGENT BODY ODOUR hit us.
it. was. h.o.r.r.i.b.l.e. the smell was lingering in the machine.
goodness gracious. we held open the curtains of the machine
and even flapped the curtains to get rid of the BO
faster. but even that took minutes. yeah. it was that nasty.
and before we took the proper neos...
we managed some budget neos! after the BO was toally
rid of course. i nearly puked by the smell of it )):
we sent carmen off after that. realised that bugis' food court
was totally packed... kamy and i decided to run away to
the food court at suntec city mall. however, we ate at KFC
in the end. ahhh, the tender meet of banditto` -yums :DD
bounced around and ended up camera-ing at the underpass
to the esplanade. i took some solo shots at the esplanade
itself. somehow the lightings there were kinda dim.
i love the artistic exhibitions at the underpass. really cute (:
- doesnt that bunny thing ressemble pikachu?
- failed attempt at trying to smile without showing my teeth.

RAINY EMO DAY. 3:16 AM
- i cropped myself out.
my God works wonders!
the two people who i least expected that will receive
Christ, deemei and weenee, are now happy christians.
i'm so happy. joy to the world.
on the other hand, the emo-ness keeps filling up every
now and then. bahhh`
it pretty much ruins my mood for a hearty post these
days. so yeahh. i slept till 5 in the evening today.
it's been raining throughout. i love the cold weather,
but it somehow mean that i'd have to carry an umbrella
around everytime i step outta my flat. which is really
inconvenient. i do not like 'umbries'. sigh.
gonna do some christmas shopping today with kamy
and carmen. hopefully we'd be able to take neoprints.
it's been decades since my last neoprint shot.
and cam-whore the day throughout too. i'm gonna get

SINGING DAY. 2:21 AM
- december 17th -
yayness! thank God we're done with practising for the song.
rehearsed countless times. i think we could have even sung
our song for more than fifty times. which explains why i'm
totally drained by the end of it.
audition's tomorrow. getting pretty nervous, because...
my thumbdrive had decided to rebel and thus, i am unable
to save the songs that i need to into it. one word. panic.
urgh. i'll find a way. shall try getting the songs into my
ipod tmr with kelvin's (my brother) lappie.
please work, that's like my last hope.
oh, the song that we'd be singing is this song that is playing
on my blog right now. you'd only be able to hear it with
internet explorer i guess. wish us luck guys :DD
gotta wake up extra early tmr too. but i'm like... very awake
still. reason being i woke up at round 4pm? gees. needa
travel all the way to simei. bahhh. -stop complaining, Gwen!

took some time, woke up early and went down to suntec
to attend it and then rushed down to expo for church
service after that. it's my last chance to see my princess,
valerie sim anyway. hahas. i used to help out at that
kindergarten :DD

did window shopping at suntec and citylink mall.

well, two days ago, i'd wanted this white esprit top
but unfortch, that outlet at heeren dint have my size.
went into another outlet today and they checked that
the outlet at centrepoint has got my size! :D
however, before i could even get there with kamy,
we left andrew and mal at toys r'us, i ran into Zara and

had a great day i'd say. i've finally met up with Nigel.
aye, he looks slimmer in real life, not that he look fat
in pictures either.
technically, we got scouted by this modelling agency.
and with his modelling experience, it was enough for
him to tell that that agency's not a good one.
hocus pocus, we rejected them.
and thanks to Nigel, i now know the modelling industry
better. much better. it was cool chatting the day away.
and with all his interesting stories. lols.

I MISS BADMINTON ): 2:26 AM
this weird emo feeling just hit me again. it's like a
wave -.- i miss my badminton team )): -sobs.
especially my sec3s this year. chels withdrew from
badminton after i had step-down. whyyy... lols.
i miss those tedious trainings. my lobs, drops and smashes.
i even miss jason, wei lin and jeremy teasing me all the
time when we're at badminton.
they're like family to me. and estee and i had already
had to bade our farewell. ting and cerella have got another
year to go. jason, wei lin and jeremy another two years.
sigh, they're the ones i click with most. and i'm already
missing them. sigh.
but dont worry! i'd do my best to go down to cheer you
all on during next year's north-zone competition! and
i'll be back... for next year's farewell too. lols. muahahas.

ACHING BODY PARTS. 5:53 PM
woohoo! i've been MIA for two days and i miss
the internet. hahas.
am back from badminton camp, and i've got aching
arms, waist and lower back -.- boohoo.
pretty frazzled from the camp though i did pretty
much nothing besides eating :P
well, badminton camp updates would be in my next
post, probably tonight. and not forgetting sec2 class
reunion too. omigosh, house of the dead 4 is wicked! :DD
well, went for rachel's performance on monday and i dragged
june along. dint really get what the show was about though.
the only thing i knew was that it was on the olden days
of shanghai. not really what i'd expected... but oh well -shrugs-
in the middle of somewhere in raffles...

well, singtel smsed me bout two to three days ago
saying that i can get a SE W850i at $xx with contract.
so i immedietly got reminded that my contract has already
expired, which really means that i can sign on another
two years and get that W850i! right right?! -nods.
i'll be praying. i want a new phone, though my K750i's
pretty much very new still. daddy just got it this year
for me. bahh, but it's a good deal. i'll give daddy my K750i
to use then. hehehe :DD

GOD OH GOD <3 2:43 AM
alright, am just back from talking to jude and having
my supper. it's currently 4.25am now.
and i've gotta like meet carmen and kamy at 1pm,
orchard. bahh. someone wake me up will you?
suddenly, alot of stuff dawned on me today.
perhaps my Lord spoke to me? as so said by estelle
that God must have been speaking to me through bible
study today and cell group meeting's sermon. since
both issues were the same, God must have been trying to
tell me sth yeah? i believe so.
you know buddies, sometime through cellgrp meeting,
my Lord asked me, whether was i going to cell group
meetings and church services this and that other religious
stuff because of seeking Him, or was i just, as yieling said,
fulfilling my christian duties? i began to question myself.
and then it hit me. going to church, had been like a routine
for me. i'm a christian, i should go to church. i think, that
was the mentality. however, that's not what i really want.
i realised that life has pretty much been meaningless that
i just go to cellgrp and services on fridays and saturdays.
then what about the rest of the week?
it's not this type of relationship that i want with my Lord.
i began to understand and know that my purpose is to seek
You. what i'm doing aint enough. i may seem like a holy girl,
going to church, bible studies, cellgrps and all. but what will
i benefit from these if i do not have a close relationship with
You? it's You, Lord, that i thank for speaking to me today.
upon realising my folly, life has yet another meaning to it :DD
forgive me God, that i've not given You the glory for what
You have done for me during my Os.
those papers that You've blessed me through.
everyday that You're with me. keeping those knowledge
that i needed in my brain for it to flow out during the papers.
and that all those that i studied, with Your grace, God,
it all came out. the many lil' things that you've been blessing
me with. i thank you God, so so much.
i've been blessed. i'm gay and ecstatic.
things are much more clearer and i now know what i want
to achieve with God. it's always through His grace ((:
when i give to the Lord, no matter how broke i may be,
He'd always bless me folds more than what i've given to
Him. there isnt anything that would be in lacking when
i've Him, for there is always abundance in His kingdom.
God's goodness is amazing i tell you! He's a great big
daddy God! mwahhs. and i LOVE HIM!

2nd: church :DD
3rd: stay home and clear the mess in room.
4th: shopping with carmen (maybe), rachel's concert.
5th: badminton camp cum farewell -sobs.
6th: 2E1 steamboat at marina.
