♥ Surprises in a pretty box.



Started subscribing to VanityTrove in March. Omg super love!! Which girl wouldn't like surprises right?! This one comes monthly, hand delivered to your doorstep some more pls!



So yeah, I'm considering switching to the yearly subscription cause the boyf offered to subsidize most of it as my twenty second's present. (Yes, I know my birthday was long over in March.) They work with really good brands, I think it's stated on their web or somewhere. Actually considered trying Bellabox and Glamabox too but I look at what's in their boxes per month and find that VanityTrove's better. Therefore also more expensive :/

& here's my March trove, they had two different troves that month. Super happy I got the Brighten Up trove instead of Go for Glow cause the latter had all items in the trove from the same brand. Not saying it's not good, but I just like variety ^^


1. Dior Snow trial set (2 items)
2. Dior Snow Hydra trial set
- tried on all the Dior samples, smells really good but I honestly doubt I can see a difference even if I finished it. This kinda beauty product takes time right?

3. Candy Doll liquid foundation, powder foundation and make up base
4. Princess Pinki lip/cheek gloss
- Seriously pink.

5. Starlash falsies in brown
- MAJOR LOVE.

6. Ferragamo Pour Femme
- Dint like the scent at first because it has a powdery/flowery smell. Prefer light scented, cool/fruity/spring scents. But after letting it set, I really love the third note :D

For the month of April, I was invited to VanityTrove's Spa-ty event on the 14th, so I dragged Adel along and we both got a complementary back massage from Masego The Safari Spa ^^ It was much needed!
So glad Adel was able to make it. The trip to Safra Jurong wasn't that pleasant however, and the trip home was horrific. I sumpah my wedges was eating my feet away. Le sigh... Why can't I ever find a good pair of wedges? :/



Collected my April's trove that day too ^^ Accidentally revealed its contents before they posted on their fb telling us not to :/ I'm sorry, but I tried to make up by hiding it on my timeline!

Spring's surprises:
1. Estée Lauder Stress Relief eye masks (2 packets)
2. K-Palette Zero Kuma Cover Control concealer
- Came in shade 3 and it's a little dark for me :/

3. Braphy LED Lip Plumper
- Totally amazed by this. It has LED light and mirror designed into it!

4. Filthy Farmgirl Filthy Pussy soap
- Smells heavenly. Haven't used it though.

5. Style Aromatherapy Leave-In Hair Moisturizer with Morocan Argan Oil
- Don't exactly like the smell of it. But if it's good for my hair, I'm gonna be using it :D

6. Masego The Safari Spa Cappu Detox Treatment

7. A WHOLE BUNCH OF BLOGSHOP DISCOUNT VOUCHERS!
- Sadly, not much use to me... Hardly make apparel purchases online nowadays.




Okay, so that's it about my troves. I can't wait for May's!!! :DDD

My happy pill. Looking at Justin never fails to make me smile/grin like an idiot :DD So adorable. Cutest Asian baby ever! I'm obviously biased cause he's my nephew, but he's really damn cute! I can spend all day just looking at him. Provided he isn't crying.






Failed to keep my fringe long, wanted a change. But it annoyed the shit outta me, kept getting in the way ):


So there... back to short fake bangs fringe.

In the midst of finals for sem 2 now. I wish for exams to hurry be over, feel so no life now :/ Not to mention, I've not met the boyf for quite awhile now. Actually just about one and half weeks luh. Lovesick )): Le sigh... OT assignment result finally came out and I'm quite disappointed that I only managed a pass for my essay. But am mad happy with distinctions for econs mid-sem test and HRM assignment. Econs 30.7/40 okay! I pray for distinction for finals too ^^ Let me be a bit unabashed for now can. I used to struggle with Econs one leh. Hehe. Okay. Abrupt end again. WAN AN!

P.S. I FORESEE GOOD GRADES FOR ALL FOUR MODS THIS SEM! AT LEAST A CREDIT FOR EVERYTHING! ECONS DISTINCTION. AMEN!

♥ Piss me off.


Seriously, this whole MRT breakdown saga thingy is just getting too annoying. MRT break down, people complain. SMRT tried to repair, still break down, people continue to complain. Now SMRT said need to spend 9 million to repair and upgrade... People complain even more, saying "long overdue", "& guess whose money they're going to use?", blahblahblah... You think good transport network comes for free is it? You think the MRT tracks don't deserve to be worn out  after so many years is it? You think magic uh? Everything can magically repair itself overnight without incurring costs. Omg. So unhappy with the MRT then take bus luh! Take bus for awhile will die is it? Okay, maybe you need to travel from one end to the other, take bus journey super long cannot take it. So... suck it up! This is life! C'mon even our joints wear out, you don't sleep body also suffer from exhaustion. You get my point. Okay abrupt end to this entry cause I just needed to rant. Kthxbai.
